Silverton Small Business Relief Fund

The membership of the Rotary Club of Silverton has decided to pledge a $10,000 match from our local Silverton Rotary Foundation to create a Small Business Relief Fund for Silverton businesses impacted by COVID-19. We are creating an application process in order for businesses in Silverton to apply for a grant of $1,000-$3,000 to help them survive during the pandemic.

Rotary itself was originally made up of, and focused specifically on, membership from businesses, and our local club has representation across our local business community – we want to help our neighbors! Our organization has long raised money in Silverton through the strength of events such as our Daddy Daughter Dance, the Silverton Strawberry Festival, our Hops and Vine Evening, and the Homer festival – we would have never been successful in those events without the support of the same local businesses that are struggling to survive today. It’s our turn to help them!

To contribute to this fund, which will be administered by a committee that includes representatives from our club, from the Chamber of Commerce, and from other organizations throughout the community, choose from the following options:

    1. Mail a check directly to us: Silverton Rotary Foundation c/o Small Business Relief Fund P.O. Box 132 Silverton, OR 97381
    2. Call one of the committee members from our club directly: Angela Fischer (503) 873-3684; Aaron Huddart (503) 874-1805 x112; Kyle Palmer (503) 932-8550
